It would mean unbolting the two bolts holding the CB to the drop bracket and then rotating the CB 180*.

Not sure about the second gens, but it doesn't even fit on the first gens if you rotate it.

Ah cool thx Jason, I'm gonna try this out. Sucks that I got more vibes after getting something thats supposed to fix it :p I ordered an angle meter to check my angles.... read about 'flipping' to help, figured I'd try it since the drop itself didnt do good. I thought it was flipping the CB front to back, didnt even think of just rotating :facepalm:lol

And get the 50T pack! hah those look pimp. I'm thinking of getting the bed saver cage kit on black friday too so I can start building my rear eventually.... and maybe get those one day :D.

When you unbolt it, check for play in the bearing. More vibs after lowering it tells me the bearing is shot and needs to be rebuilt.

Alright now I'm really confused. I measured center of the bolt of the hanger mount to the center of the bolt on the shackle mount, strait line, and it's at 56.5"

Giant did the entire rear of this truck. I actually have the invoice from the previous owner.

On a separate note, does anyone know what the spring hanger and shackle bolts should be torqued to?

Just realized when you said this, that is why you dont need limit straps. If the mounts are farther apart the springs cant droop as much. What does your shackle look like at full droop?

It's almost perfectly verticle. Maybe 1-2* shy of verticle.

    EDIT: pic

Slightly angled to the back of the truck. And yes I'm sure it's the 62", it has the f67 sticker on it still. :D

    Yes.
More postive caster angles the tires towards the front of the truck.

what kind of spring perches are you guys using for SUA? i was looking at some pics on here and every LT truck i see it looks like there kinda rounded, unless im just crazy. i have a set from ballistic fab i used when i went SUA and they are defiantly 100% flat. does it make that much of a difference to have the rounded perches vs flat perches,if so where can i get a set?

Not really. Caster is measured by getting the angle between your upper and lower pivot at the knuckle. Positive caster seems to help in an offroad situation aka top of spindle leaned toward the cab ;)
