you need to remove that King sticker to get maximum performance out of the Fox you’re going to run.

Real question though, did you mount the trailing arm on the outside of the frame in the front?

He can’t. Still owes King for all those IG Influencer points he got with that video.

I have kings in the front, I’ll cut the sticker in half and run half a fox sticker there.

trailing arms are mounted on the outside of the frame.

Not impressed with ADV. I don’t wanna fault the manufacturer but after 3+ hours of locating and trying to get them to closer, there’s nothing else I can do to get the door gap any better on the driver side. Another 2 hours of hammering, trimming and bending, this was the only way the lower fender bolt would thread.

    image.jpg
Passenger side took effort but the gap is consistent.

That’s not a half bad fit for pre body work. Fiberglass is never ever, ever going to fit like OE

God I am so glad I decided not to mount up my McNeil fenders. Would’ve been so much work for nothing.

Lots of time to make them look good. My dad has been working on body while I’m at work, then I head over and work on my end of things. It’s working quite beautifully. I still did all of the fitting, and that wasn’t a great time. Had each fender on and off at least 100x.

How about a pic of where the top of the fender meets the A pillar. I know on mine I had to cut that area way back to close that gap.

On mine I actually cut my spot welds on my oe mounts and placed them where the fender liked it best and burned them back in. I actually got mine really nice for the mess I started with.

It’s all perspective... ask @Evenflow how many hours he has into fitting my fiberglass :)

Yeah I just wrapped up the install and I’m thinking for the time I put in, with my experience level (definitely novice level), I probably should lower my expectations. I’m happy with how it turned out over all. Looks beastly.

Mine isn’t as tight as yours. I had a bunch of issues getting that top tab to work. But I’m content with it.

God damn. That motor looks like it's about ready to jump out the front of the truck.

What did he do to manage that? Can only think of one other person I've seen break a 1st gen rack like that.

The 1st gen steering system definitely leaves something to be desired....
