What are the interior dimensions of that JD Fab "rear gas tank kit" storage box, and how far is the front end of the cutout from the rear end of the bed? I was considering doing something similar to your setup when I get around to boxing the rear of the frame and have also been thinking about ditching the swingout on my bumper, and want to know if I'd have enough room between the front end of the storage box cutout and the front of my bed to carry a 35" spare tire horizontally and still be able to access the storage, or if I'd need to fab a mount to hold the spare tire at an angle or vertical.

Totally looks like the SMP rear storage. If not it’s a perfect knock off.

Similar but built quite a bit different from what I’ve seen of SMPs stuff. This one was built with a square tube outer skeleton, with a flat skid, quite a bit slimmer profile, and inner sheet metal. Plus no sleek weather seal like SMP has. That’s one thing I wish was included in the design from the shop in NC that built the storage box. Something I still need to work on now being up in PNW.

What brake lines do you guys run? I bought 16" brake lines from crown and it's a little tight with a 3.5" front end. And I can't seem to find anything bigger
