    Just a question @RonRon23 and @Airdog:

Why are you guys getting rid of your JD Fab stuff and what are you replacing it with?

Pretty much. Whenever I get back to work and save more money. My employer is keeping me out of work over a bad sprained ankle. Dragging out because medical availability in my area is scarce, let alone workers comp.

Just keep snowballing my build. Sits chopped in half for now.

I think they do offer an SUA kit that they label as “mid travel.”

TC undoubtedly makes good product but they cater more to the moderate trail users and interested in a larger market interest.

Plenty of big travel kits out there and a small niche in the market. Probably not worth their time

only other downside is gotta figure out how to retrue the tube after.... no way you can just weld it on and be gtg....i mean maybe...but don't think i would trust it staying square and true

@snowsk8air2 with actual seat time in this truck i can assure you that it isnt just any ole long travel truck, thing is a masterpiece. the second you take a ride in it you can feel it. 906taco doesn't do the typical plug and play stuff, the man takes the time to really dial everything in, tests everything to see what works the best and really pushes the limits. he really knows how to make the truck perform at the highest level. As my girlfriend said "riding in that truck doesnt even feel real"

My buddy is going to turn me an aluminum chill block. That should be enough to keep it good. Or at least to a level that won’t take much to make right.

Honestly makes me so happy to have been able to share the experience with another LT guy. Now it’s time to get yours dialed in!

I ran 150 for a long time but after adding some weight I bumped to 200.

Pressure shouldn’t have a massive impact on stiffness. I have however found it to impact rebound more than anything. I just don’t think you have enough weight on the rear. You dumped a pretty fair bit of weight by ditching the bed and the weight bias is way off. You’re probably going to need dual spares to counter it.

Do I need to measure current pinion angle at ride height and duplicate with sua install?

Never had a vibe and running a 2.5 inch rear lift with no shims.

Yes. That is what Tim at DMZ recommended to me when I did mine. It worked out perfect.

Do you leave leaf pack in tact to get ride height?
And then break down to cycle?

yeah as long as you have your approx running weight in the rear.

What is your reason as to why you feel you need to cycle it? If you are using a proven kit/setup I don't know why it would be necessary. If you are doing something custom/one off or modifying, then yes.
