I've been talking to Jesse about this for a while. They are just waiting on Quinn at the moment. I am sure he was busy as shit leading up to KOH with a lot of the racers using 74 Weld portals.

Unless the price balloons big time, I am probably going to grab one of these racks as soon as they are available. Running 37's is pretty harsh on these stock racks

Has anyone seen photos or anything yet?

I've asked on IG but no updates.

Have you seen any hint of what they are creating? I have not seen even an IG post of them teasing anything. Quinn had stated it would be available at the end of last year. But I suspect new applications of Portals took priority.

    Dont hold your breathe...

Apparently JD is also having them work on adapters for a direct bolt in ford 9" solution that also replaces the drums with Willwood discs and utilizes all the abs/speed sensors and OEM e-brake cables. I believe JETG has designed it.

KOH , as previously stated I am sure is eating up their time currently.

Have not seen anything, but I was talking to Dave at JD Fab and gave me some info that they were working with Quinn to machine only the necessary parts that are weak and not go full send on and do a full billet rack for everything. Trying to keep the cost down. A full billet steering rack to fully replace everything Toyota would be super expensive, and Dave said at that point you are in the ballpark to have a custom swing rack built.

I like @airkewleds install of the JD fab steering pump kit.

Interesting on the LC200 rack, wonder of it would work on another LT kit?

Would love to get some more detailed info before I do my install!

I have a new OEM rack here and some JD bushings for it. I keep looking at it in the garage expecting it to install itself :)

LC rack is way too wide and will induce some pretty negative things along the way.

We do have a “never been done” pump setup and a steering “fix kit” in the works right now. The truck this is being done on is getting 37’s in the spring.

The pump kicks the shit out of a TC. The rack fix kit is my only “questionable” piece of the puzzle. But so far the rack has held up to heavy abuse with 33’s.

with how the 74 weld portals did at koh i wouldn't trust there rack being "stronger"...oem fitting solutions are filled with compromises...

wouldn't be suprised if it isin't isolated but from one of the posts it sounds like they have had issues with there steering racks and people were saying they weren't the best to work with to get them fixed. i've got no personal info so not sure just sounds kinda iffy to me.

A long time friend has their Bronco rack solution, he hasn't had any issues, yet, 12k miles thus far.

I think some wrenching and figuring knowledge is assumed of the user when purchasing. For the person who doesn't know blinker fluid from muffler grease, this isn't the thing for you. For the person that can change their AT fluid and filter without watching a YT, you'll be just fine; it all makes sense as you start doing it.
edit: why all the drama. If a LC has the specification you need for your application use it, else find another rack that does. This isn't rocket science, it's geometry. ya wanna keep your arms uppy downy bits length the same as your rack uppy downy bits so no swervy when hitten the bumps. Channel my peanuts :: good grief :: Billet rack? heavy abuse on 33's? come on. As a guy who appreciates overbuilding... watch out for the trap. ;)

Crazy. Considering I’m at true zero for bump steer and my “uppy downy bits” are not the same.

Oh if only it were so simple. Maybe it wouldn’t have taken 4.5 months to build.

If it weren’t a 15k$ undertaking, I would have this swingset released to you guys. But there are requirements that most do not fit. Main one being an engine cage.
