wow, definitely held up pretty good.

Its just going to be a lot of little things to fix at best. Body panels not lining up is a bad sign lol.

so im trying to design a Spring over axle rear set up for Jen, this is what I have in mind:
    - LT or really flexy leaf pack, over axle
    - 12-14" smooth bodies mounted on a custom shock hoop like FixedTRD's
    - shackle flip kit from someone

Apart from the standard All Pro, deaver direct replacement leaf packs, are there LT packs that are the same length as stock?

If we get a longer leaf pack we would need custom hangers, correct?

You could check out defined engineering, i believe he makes a SOA kit and a SUA kit that utilizes stock mounting locations minus the spring perch

If you run an LT leaf pack SOA the rear end will be sky high and you will still need new hangers.

AP's expedition leaf pack will definitely give you the most bang for your buck and will flex very well for SOA

    To much to list!
What year of truck? Guessing 05+ with flipping a shackle. You will most likely have to relocate the front hanger. A lot of it will depend on the distance between the front leaf spring bushing and the center pin. Also the width of the leaf spring will make a difference as well. I doubt there is a LT spring the same length as the stock leafs. Could look into LT leafs for other applications such as ford or chevy. But im sure most are longer then stock or center pin will be in the wrong location.
Drawing a blank but there is a kit out there for 05+ I think uses stock front hanger. Guy is in orange county. Thinking defined something.

thanks, that truck is sick, but there is bed intrusion, and it still runs an inverted shackle.

from what I hear here, its now looking like:
    - flexy OEM replacement leaf pack
    - armor tech offroad flip kit when they start making them again
    - shock hoop
