RJ, is the tacoma your DD? What type of experience do you have with fully built, caged trucks?

If the answer to the first question is yes, there's a lot of things to consider. Might want to talk with MJP2 one on one.

From what I understand once he finishes current projects its the last of custom Offroad work. Only things he may still make are production parts.

i would be crying like a little bitch as well breaking both ankles!!!..that buggy went from 30mph to 0mph in less then a second!

word is he's had several surgeries already since that accident which was last weekend. driver suffered both broken thumbs and a concussion. co-driver was air lifted from the scene. i was listening to everything on WeatherMan when i was out there during the race..pretty intense.

 

X2 Tom. Breaking two of anything is bad. Like two ankles. Can't walk. Two hands. Can't use your hands. Two femurs. Even worse. Only thing that wouldn't be so bad is breaking two earlobes. Or how about two nails.

 

If I broke both ankles...as soon as the shock wore off you wouldn't hear "I broke my fucking ankle"

Same here. But mine would be one continuous baaahhhhhhhhh followed by a short gasp of air and then another baaaaaaahhhhhhhh

 

and much, much higher pitched...

Man I miss those days of old fashion racing. Now everyone wants to go TT fast and cries when someone is faster them them. But I bet Helton could still give a few of the current v6/leafsprung guys a run for the money with the 22R in that truck.
