The key to getting more travel is wider arms like TC is 3.5 over per side so with out the wider track width from the longer arms there would be no travel gains

True but couldnt you go crazy and have a center pivot point? like that pic matt posted earlier? would that essentially be the smarter way to do it? granted way more expensive and prob would have to relocate the engine huh?

I don't think anything requires an engine cage. It would be custom coil buckets at most but I'm not sure what size shocks camburgs race kit will run so I guess we have to wait and see:cool: unless RJ knows...do you?

If it's anything like the 1st Gen Race kit, the arms bolt onto a stock location, the stock coilbucket can be used w/ a standard 8" C/O, but to really use it to it's full potential a 12" C/O mounted off an engine cage is probably ideal:cool:

if you are running a race kit you should cage/gusset the fuck out of everything on your truck. just cuz you dont "need" one in order to bolt on the shocks and drive down the road doesn't mean you don't NEED one...

nah they are only like 8 months old

I'll get some in a bit...I forgot to mention it is really one of the square brackets holding the spring pack together that is rubbing against the shackle...and only when it compresses. Going out to take a few pics right meow

so when the spring compresses, shackle goes backwards and the square bracket thing rubs on the shackle mount..I guess I didn't explain it right in my original post :p
