Question for all the gen1 5lug tacoma guys. The weak link in the lower balljoint area is it the balljoint, balljoint adapter, or the spindle the issue? I have an idea in my head but want to make sure im on the right track. Any input would be great.

It's the cast piece that the ball joint is in and bolts to the lower arm, of that makes any sense? Even if you fix that you have the 5 lug steering such is the next weakest point

    Edit
    Found a pic

Yea my daily driver is a 5lug(lowered). I have had the idea of building a fully fabricated spindle to fix the weak link of the lower balljoint and spindle issue. But again like you said the steering. You can do a clevis and full heimed steering but that jacks the price way up.
