yeah, i'm talking about decent sized whoops. pretty much identical to what you guys have over on the west coast, just the scenery is different. if it was just little bumps, i'd just stay with my icons in the stock mounting locations, but they haven't been able to keep up.

as for the springs, i'm still working on that. we have a good spring shop in my area. i'm thinking about having them make one from the ground up, or buying a pre-built pack and having them alter it.

i figure that's what i'll probably end up doing. have them gues as best they can at first, based on shock angle, weight of truck, leaf pack etc, and then if i can't fine tune it myself from there, i'll start sending them videos of the same pass.

Oh, and Andrew, the gentleman who owns the DMZ built truck you posted doesn't happen to be on here does he? i don't think i recognize that truck. with his tool boxes loaded up i'll probably have a similar weight to what he's hauling, so it'd be great to get some information abotu it. if DMZ built the pack, i can just call them.

thanks, i'll give him a call as the build start appraches.

yall have any favorites for shackles and hangers? i figure i'll have to build my own shackles based on how the leaf pack turns out, but for efficiency purposes, it'd be nice to just buy a set of hangers.

i actually haven't looked into it. my fronts seem to be valved pretty well, even with the weight of full skids and the bumper. i'll probably have to revalve them and maybe get a heavier spring after the winch goes on though, at which case i'll have to look into it further.

i do have a spreadsheet with the stock shim specs layed out, but it only gives the outer diameter and thicknes. no inner diameters listed. granted it's the stock valving for the 05+ coilovers, but if it would be of any benifit to you, PM me your email and i can send you the excel file.
