Got a basic drawing of what you said?

Would you be willing to make something like so?

So I'm guessing those bumps on the Lower BJ on the first gens are steering stops correct? am I suppose to grind those off or down? I have marks on my TC kit where they have been hitting for what looks like years. Anyways now I have my truck all back together and it seems to me that I can turn tighter to my right then I can to my left. Granted i need to go get an alignment but still seems weird. I have been driving the FJ for the last week so maybe I got use to turning on a dime in that thing.

Yup. You are supposed to grind those things completely off.

You can do it without removing them from the truck.
Jack the truck up and turn the wheel all the way to the left and you can grind off the right side and vice-verse.

For The past couple of days I've been testing some steel braided brake lines from a local manufacturing. So far so good. They can do custom length and color. If anyone is interested in some hit me up.

custom. normally the whole thing comes off and the lights, grille and mini fenders stay. its a pain in the ass to take it off alone.
