i have a 2004 dc 4x2 and I'm looking to improve off roading/crawling. I'm not about to sell my truck for a 4x4 since I've only had it a year and put quite a bit of money in it. I want to know the best solution that will help me out with this issue. I understand the best solution would be to buy a 4wd so don't try to tell me I need to sell it, I'm just looking for the best alternative. I've heard a long travel or solid axel kit would help out a lot but I need opinions on that.

A few times a month, when I bought the truck I never considered crawling something I'd want to be able to do since before I was more of a "haul ass down every dirt road" kind of guy. I'm not planning on doing any crazy trails because there's not much around my town. I hunt quite a bit and my usual spots get kind of tough, I just want to know what would help me out
