It's 20 Gallons. I can figure out what it will cost to build tomorrow at the office. I'll shoot you a Pm.

Didn't make much progress this week, but I did get the bed trimmed enough to set it on this weekend and go for a quick drive. I need to clean up the holes a bit and finish the edges.

and I do need to adjust the rear spring rates I think as it's already ridin' dirty with only the bed added. Still have a tool box, jack, and spare to add.

sweet, it kinda looks like you have a 2" body lift on that, would it also work with just a 1" or none? if you need to make a few to make it feasible just let me know also, as i am sure i can find a few others depending on the price.

Good observation and I am running a 2" body lift, but I do believe this cell would work without a body lift without any issue. However, there are other issues.

    1) The spare tire crossmember would have to come out entirely.
    2) The rear spring hanger perches would have to be highly modified
    3) The fuel sending unit and pickup has to be modified, but I am glad to say that my gas gauge works as intended and as of yet, I haven't had any fueling issues.

and since we're on the topic of body lifts, I've discovered that mine has a few issues. I've been running a Roger Brown/4 Crawler 2" kit since about '04 and have never had any issues. However that being said, I did discover this time around that the pucks had started to crack. Something I wasn't aware that UHWM was prone too. So I made some billet blocks today in my free time. Also, the R/B blocks were all over the map, the worst one being about 0.05" off of 2" so I evened all mine up at a fair 2" so they're all level. I have no complaints from his kit, but it's something to consider if you choose to run a body lift. I had to too, for various other reasons with this build which I did about 8 years ago.

Yeah, I leave the good tools in my box at the shop, since that's where I do most of my machine work. I haven't ever had any complaints with my HF calipers though.

Yeah, I've been slacking. Work sometimes gets in the way. I'll try and remember to do the costing on this in the AM. My bad :(

    ...too much shit to list.
Maybe it's just the angle of the picture, but that coilover looks tweaked at flex! Are the coils touching the towers or did you run out of misalignment?
Also, how much rear steer are you getting? Again, maybe just the angle of the picture but the rear axle look pretty significantly turned.

Just the angle of the photo. The coils are no where near the towers and everything had plenty of misalignment left. The axle steer wasn't noticeable that I could tell, both on the ramp or on the trail. do plan on laying out the geometry in a wire frame model so I can get those exact numbers though, so I can see if I should make any changes.

Wasn't around this weekend to work on the truck, so not a lot of progress.

Might be the only thing better than wrenching. Spending time on the ranch in New Mexico.

Did make some progress last night however. Got the final holes cut in the bed for the bumps and the gas filler hole.

I love how this turned out from when I first saw this thread. Exactly what I want for my rig.

Are going to to sell this stuff? Or parts of it anyways?

Oh, I'm not sure yet. I've parted ways with Ballistic and this isn't my bread and butter product at the new company so I may sell this kit through me personally on a very limited level. I am going to go through all of the costing this week and see cost effective it would be.

Why the need for fully boxed arms, wouldn't some simpler gusseting on the DOM work just as well?
