    If the springs are already negative arch with the existing shackles, longer shackles are just going to require even longer bumps or even more premature spring wear due to overtravel. If you want to run a longer shackle you'll need longer springs with more arch to accompany it. And while you're at it....don't forget about pinion angle.

    Oh I don't have it, jandrews does. Congrats on the bumper, can't wait to see it, only thing I've found that kinda sucks is when you park, you have to hope someone doesn't pull up close behind you or else you can't open the tailgate lol.

    The ride is about the same or a slight bit rougher, since there are speed bumps where I live, I've been gauging the ride by running through them. But I need to go drive up a ramp again and see what happens at flex. The valving was setup from DSM after answering a few questions, according to the tag they are 12/8 valving.

    Negative, mine is sprayed with spray on bed liner. Easy touch ups. [​IMG]

    Perfect! I was expecting .012 on compression since you're second gen and the weight you normally carry. .008 on rebound has been proven over and over for leafs. Double check all your spring bolts that they are not over torqued and preventing the shocks from rebounding like they should. You want them around 50-60 lbs so they can still move free. May seem a little light, but just load up on red loctite.

    Cool, I actually have the All Pro Lock Nuts on all of the bolts so I'm not too worried about them backing out, I'll be sure to check the TQ today,thanks.

    Yeah, last trip to slick rock, I got on the throttle hard and it kicked up hella rocks, but a couple seconds with the spray can and good as new.
