    Been slacking on updating.

Got a Desert Armor Warrior Tent. Only 5ft long so fits the SBs.

Added some 7" LED driving lights up front

Updated the front bumper to the new BAMF hybrid

Replaced a bunch of OEM parts(plugs coil packs, throttle pedal)

Redid the fuel filler neck hopefully fix the flow issues when trying to fill up.

Had some random power loss issue when cruising on the freeway. No CELs just would act like it was misfire or something. Just swapped out some possible issue items. Still testing to see if it's fixed.

The fuel filler line was routed a kinda weird route due to the coilovers and bypasses. Had extra turns and the main line in was kinda pinched. Used the 4 runner inlet tube and modified the OEM filler neck to work in a better route. Also redid the shroud at the top as I was cut prior. Not it's back to OEM to protect the gas cap from mud/crap.

I know when they did the throttle pedal recall years ago, performance went to shit.

when the coils get hot, they tend not to perform well and may eventually misfire and fail. You should see CEL for that. Maybe fuel pressure or injectors?

Yeah, so thats the last thing I got. Fuel pump and filter swapped to the URD kit. Last thing is the fuel injectors.

Toyota had a bunch of unintended acceleration incidents. They flashed the ECU and cut the pedal so you couldn't mash the gas when you went for the brake. The ECU would also not allow the vehicle to accelerate if both the gas and brake were active at the same time. When it was all said and done, the truck just felt sluggish.

Isn’t it just an override which when the gas is depressed at least 1/3 and then you apply brake the ECU ignores the input from the gas pedal until the brake is released? Should not affect anything else.

If I had known the result, I would have refused it.

In theory, all it was supposed to do was prevent you from mashing both pedals and ending up dead. But throttle response was sluggish after the fact.

Get yourself setup with HP tuners. There’s a big thread on here and it’ll make the truck run better than ever
