Hey man, just wondering Im running a DCLB as well and wanted to get some facts from you whos wheeled and tested the hell out of it. Im at the stage right now of cutting fenders and high clearence rear... and about to drop some serious coin into my rig. Questions is pros of Long bed/cons before i invest so much into it. Would you if you could do it all again start out with a short bed for 16 inchs shorter wheelbase. THanks so much hope to hear from you soon

For me I'm so used to it, I don't mind driving it at all. Although it does suck getting high centered at times, but eventually you'll figure out how you need to maneuver the truck around. And the extra space does help when loading up. But it depends on the type of trails you go I guess. If you do a lot of narrow stuff you'll definitely want a lot of armor. I've hit every piece I have. But overall I wouldn't trade my trail limo if I could go back. All that space, for activities. lol

How are you liking the supercharger? Any significant changes other than power. How's the gas milage, throttle response.. Etc?

Gas mileage is about the same or better. When you're not on the throttle hard it doesn't boost and it just cruises along. But the throttle response is good, just a bit of lag from the transmission. But have the power to pass when I need to.

Turned out great! I can't believe how much space you have with the long bed. Sometimes I wish I had gotten the long bed vs short bed.

    question for your bushwacker cuts...

looks like the front you cut at the transition to the top curve and the back you cut a bit lower...

how do you like that? would you have done it differently?

i was thinking about cutting both at the top transition like you did to the front....

probably going to run bolts for all the fastener locations with spacers going into the fender...

found they were different than bushwacker...actually already asked you about them being bushwackers once already

but question still stands...would you have them cut differently?

they have similar dimensions do you know?

not sure if they're similar or not, haven't seen them side by side but I like the way the cut is. I just followed the line that was already part of the mold. So i pretty much cut the flat piece that would normally face out. ( if that makes any sense.lol )
