Currently dealing with some electrical issues. Cut another 1" off the flares in the back and going to cut another 2" off the actual fender.

Didnt have to cut the bumper, the way I cut the flares the rear stayed the same. Jerry finished some mods and powder coating. It was a super tight fit to get the bumper back on, due to all the bracing on the frame. But dam it's heavy! Might need to go to a different setup. The rear sits an inch lower now! So I went from 7" wheel gap ( bottom of flare to top of tire ) to 6". Going to have to contact deaver and get a custom pack. Anyone interested in my current deavers? lol

Here's a pic before I got the spare back on:

What did DMZ/Deaver say beforehand about the weight? I had to add an extra leaf to my Deaver pack.

    ...too much shit to list.
I got an extra 2.5" of lift by adding one more leaf with a wicked arch just after the main leaf.

When I mentioned it they thought it should be ok. However guess they underestimated how much of a pig my truck is.

I need that in my life ASAP. lol

Went out to Hollister yesterday to go play around and test out the new setup. Definitely need more lift in the rear. Contacted Deaver today, waiting to hear back from them. Also need to cut another 2" off my rear fenders and the tires will clear at full stuff...

    Here's a couple quick pics:

Rear tire touching fenders, NOT at full stuff yet. Bump stops just barely touching the strike pad:

Going through this giant crack, got all the wheels stuffed or at max droop: ( there's video of Jerry and I going through this. )

    :D

yeah, cut the tire and bent the passenger side fender. however on the sections I got some speed on, the rear suspension did well.
