That doesn’t exist. If it did, probably 95% of DCLB auto drivers would own one.

Totally my path: 4x4, manual transmission only requirements. I looked at everything from Ford Focus RS to Ram. Forester pissed me off because I actually liked the looks of that stupid box. I just can't believe they don't pair the manual with the turbo engine. ??HUH?!? you guys crazy!? That would be the dad of the dad-mobiles with a turbo and a 5 speed.

Happy about the Manual Taco now though (obviously)

I actually thought about it but decided not to venture down that road; it would be extremely expensive to say the least. DCLB 6sp manual was my dream truck but had to settle for the auto. I'm sure given enough money it's possible to make the switch but I'm not that guy. Just imagine all the accessories/peripherals and functionalities that would be rendered inoperative. Good luck to anyone who's going to do it, I would also love to hear about it and shake his hand!

The only Double Cab Manual Swap I ever came across was a 1st Gen Tacoma, those Double Cabs were not offered in a Manual at all, however they were all Short Beds if memory serves me.

Diono car seats. They are super slim and don’t take up as much room. I have twin 3 year olds and a 9 year old son. My son fits comfortably in the back with the two car seats. I’ll get you a picture later if you want. They’re kind of pricy though. Worth it to me if you have 3 kids though.

    This the one you have?

Our biggest issue is not the seats side by side but even in the double cab our car seat leaves very very little room for front passenger seat. We are still in backward car seat mode.

Love the look and extra room in my long bed. Automatic does search for higher gears but around town or in hills I leave in S5 or ect.

haha, exactly the same thing. and before committing to signing up for the first MT Pro delivered in Texas (which took 5 months to get and was worth the wait), i came *this* close to buying a Focus RS to replace my R32. GLAD I DIDN'T DO THAT!! (Focus R head gaskets y'know)..

Yes that’s the one. But my wife said if you have infants to get the radian rxt. It’s still really slim and can use from infant all the way up to booster.

I’m 5’10” by the way. 2 car seat and my sons booster seat in the middle.

yeah i totally see it. i have a small booster for the 6 yr old, and a pretty big infant seat on the pass side. in about 2 years i'll be needing what you have in that pic. that's when we'll have a 2 & a 3 yr old. and a 8 yr old. and a wife. and 2 dogs... zomg

about to have to sell these fancy convertible Recaros... have 2 of them and if i put those back there then that is all that is going back there. those things are huge with big wings on the sides.

I had a ram2500 and the auto is apalling. I don't care what these other guys say, the only way your gonna like driving this thing is with the manual. DBCB manual wasn't available in Canada in the Off-Road trim and I really wanted the locker and don't like sunroofs. But iregret not getting the sport with the manual, and getting a locker later

I think you’ll be satisfied with any configuration, just as long as it includes a manual transmission! Stick shift = happy fun time.
