    i removed my diff drop all together when i installed my skids. didnt seem to make any difference to me.

    Something I've noticed over the last day or two is that it isn't just when taking off, but more when the engine is under load (accelerating, not coasting). That's when I feel a little stronger vibrations in the gas pedal.

    And on a side note, the infamous "vibes" that people experience (that shims/bearing drop fix), is that felt in the gas pedal or throughout the truck? Mine's just in the gas pedal so I was just kinda "assuming" it was what other people had experienced...

    As soon as I got the '09, I felt a very slight tremble in the pedal when taking off, but the dealer blamed it on my brush guard (assholes!). However, now it's MUCH more pronounced. But I wasn't sure if it was from installing the skids or from cranking up the coilovers...

    its intereasting to me how these vibes work. i lifeted mine originally with OME 885's, diff drop, AAL in rear, axle shims and never had any vibes, then switched to the fox coilovers, removed the diff drop and still havnt experienced anything. ofcourse now i'm on custom driveshafts which didnt seem to change anything.

    it really seems to be hit or miss with the vibes, some have it some dont. seems that the ones that do have it have a hell of a time getting rid of it though.

    Odd that you are feeling a vibe in the gas pedal since the throttle is a drive by wire and not a cable if I am not mistaken.

    Not sure... Although, the more I drive it, I think I feel it in places other than the gas pedal - in other words, others would probably feel it too. But oddly, it didn't seem to be quite as noticeable this morning... I wonder if it could be going away??????

    Installed my new grill tonight... :)

    The flash really made the radiator stand out, but it's not this bright. However, I plan to paint the radiator black soon...

    Also, took the light bar off for now, until I get my new 8.5" IPFs. Those little 6" Hellas just looked too puny for that light bar...

    i'm thinking about getting some 9"ers for mine...maybe some smallers ones along the bottom too...dunno how it will look w/ the bigger lights at the top though

    Yeah, it's from Shadow's FJ - my favorite truck on this site! It's not exactly what I'd want, but I wanted to see what it'd look like. But it's where I got the inspiration!

    I LOVE LIGHTS! :D

    Will 9"ers fit on the light bar? I didn't think they would, that's why I was gonna do the 8.5s...

    Any idea what these are?

    yes i did...bumper, "ugly" prerunner bar (haha), trans skid, t-case skid...and all i have left is the diff skid welded on and lights
