    Nope, they bolted right in. The plastic rock guards don't fit in the holes and I was kinda bummed about that, but no issues.

    whatcha gonna get? i put an XRC 10 on mine and its been a good winch so far. just sacrafic a small amount of line speed versus the warn, however a fraction of the price.

    I'm planning on the Warn M8000. My dad has always had Warn winches so I guess you could call it "brand loyalty"... :)

    Hehe... I love switches and lights! :)

    The two biggest purchases left for me to consider myself "ready" for the trails is the winch and a set of bud built skids - especially since I lost the factory skid with the all pro bumper. Even though it's practically tin foil compared to bud built, it's "something"....

    I think I'm finally gonna get to wheel a couple of trails this weekend with some new folks. Old logging roads, so nothing really tough.

    Yeah, you win!

    On the '09s, there were enough factory options so that I didn't have any blanks to the left of the steering wheel.. However, I LOVE how you mounted the switches in the sunglasses holder... That's a great idea!

    How did you wire up the switch for the winch? I have allocated two of mine for that purpose - an on/off for winch power and on/off/on for in/out of the line. That sound about right?

    thats what i have. the one up top is on/off, then there's on in the center console that operates in/out. you deff. want an on/off switch for safety, dont want someone bumping the "in" while its hooked off and breaking something.
