Can't get the damn ccfl's to work...bad inverters i'm thinking. Anyways I got some cash to spend but can't decide what I should do next. It's between these choices: Relentless Plate Bumper, Fuel Hostage Wheels, OME Dakar Leaf Pack, Or start on my audio system. Decisions decisions, leaning more towards the wheels so I can lose the spacers and to widen my tires a lil. Opinions needed to help me decide lol.

Go for the bumper man. You have wheels and you dont have anything in the back. Do you do any towing or anything? If so then the dakars. If not, bumper for sure.

Haul my dirtbike every now and then thats about it. Figured the dakars would ride a lot better than my flat pack with a aal lol. Man if the relentless bumper GB was goin on it'd be an easy decision lol. The elite is sick too but I want to go aluminum since I'm only rockin 881's.

How hard/easy was it to do the retro fit? It looks really good and I like what you did with the green on the shrouds. Truck looks very nice and clean.

Retrofit was easy...wiring was confusing because the wiring harness from theretrofitsource was labeled incorrectly. The mini d2s and mini h1's fit into the existing hole on our headlights and are held in place by a lockring in back, so no cutting or anything like that. I've never done anything like it before and it was pretty easy and straight forward. I'd recommend doing it on a extra set of headlights though just in case.

I just so happen to have an extra set. So no drilling or cutting at all? Just put them in and try to figure out the wiring huh? Got anymore pics of it and of the beam that it puts out?

Nope none at all. Pretty much plug and play projectors lol. Wiring will be easy for you, for some reason I had to wire the ballast output to the bulbs and the bulb output to the ballasts. Weirdly that did the trick. I can explain it in further detail if you were to run into trouble.

Here's a write up on the mini h1's. Keep in mind the issues he had with the h1's have since been fixed by the company.

Getting the wheels installed monday. Been in texas for the last month fighting fires, finally flying home sunday. Made lots of mod money! Heres the wheels I ordered:

    17" fuel hostage 4.5 bs

Additionally I'm ordering a whole new lift. Going with sonoran steel coilovers up front and dakars in the rear with 5125. I'll update the build up as progress is made!

Having second thoughts about the lift I planned. Think ill just swap to 882's and stick with my 5100's and dakars. Either that will be next or ill start with my audio stuff.
