Same here ... no exactly a "custom-fit", but they function OK, look good, and do not move, at all. For the price, I'm satisfied. :)

    Cheers!

I may have to shop around and see if I can find some descent one's, bc I just dont see myself spending 100+ dollars on floor mats. :)

I didnt know they had weather tecs for 1st gens???

I bought a pair of all weathers at walmart for $16
They are freakin perfect and have the ability to cut down if you want
AND they go right over the plastic where the door is, all the way to the front of the seats and up behind the pedal, no interference with shifting, braking or gunning
and 16 bucks (in black or tan)

WeatherTech... but you should know this: althought it fits really well, by no means it's a 100% perfect fit. Around left foot driver side there's a small (less than .3 cm) gap and it gets to be about .5 cm if you put your foot on the foot rest. I guess that's as close as they can get because 2 two vehicles are excatly the same due to shinkage and expension. I have had it since December so who knows? Maybe it will fit prefectly once the summer heat molds it better.

I like weathertechs and huskys, however the only reason I went with huskys is that I got it for $60 cheaper than weathertechs. Both seem to protect very well. I have been happy with my huskys so far.

Sorry for not being clean! they hold dirt in by the lip. when it snows, and the snow melts, it stays on the mat and i just dump it out... no mess on the carpet at all. And now foot indentation on the drivers side mat, (had them for 8 months)
