    What is the correct size 17x8 , 17 x 8.5 , 17x9?? and what type of offset I've seen 0 , 11??

    Depends on what you specifically need and your tire size. A pretty common size would be 17x8. If you have a wheel with 0 offset it will stick out further than a wheel with positive offset. Again, this depends on your setup. An example would be I went with a 16x8 wheel with 0 offset and went with a 265/75-16 tire. Has a wider stance. The factory trd wheels have around +30mm offset.

    I'm running 17x7.5 +6 offset with 265/70/R17s. You can see the stance in the page 2 of the Baja link in my sig. This puts the tires right at the edge of the flare. 17x8 with 0 offset will push the tire out 1/2" further.

    I wouldn't go any wider than an 8" wheel. There is no reason for wheels that wide and some tires won't mount within spec on wider wheels. Also narrower wheels do a better job of holding a bead when airing your tires down for off road use.
