    Workin' on it....
I like the cleaner look of no hoops personally.

I passed up a really good deal on an aluminum pelfrey single hoop a while back because it wasn't exactly what I wanted. In retrospect, I could've lived with the single hoop given the price - kinda regret that now.....oh well.

With my setup, the light "mixes" and it makes the light shift a tad towards the yellow spectrum, rather than more white/bluish.

I'm going to be getting their hybrid front bumper. It's gonna look great.

Sure would be nice to see a group buy with them.

I’m in for the group buy. Haha, I’m loving the single hoop but I would definitely go aluminum, I went steel rear and already wish it was aluminum rear to shed weight.

Ive beat my stock ifs skid quite a bit, dented the crap out of my prerunners (work truck). So forsure will consider the steel for that, thanks

Does anyone use their bumpers for recovery? I see these aftermarket bumpers have Drings on them. I couldnt imagine really tugging on these things. *dont mean to hijack op's thread, this is all "buyin new bumper" related, right? lol

Light output is great. One thing I would warn about is that I have a different light bar than they suggest and it was a bitch to get it to fit. But I just couldn't swallow the price for Baja's light bar, I did however do the Baja Fog's and they are amazing.

Yes you should be using them for recovery. For install you have to take off the stock recovery point so it is made for use in recovery. I cant remember where I read it but they did tests with the bumpers to prove they are made for full use with the winch and recovery points.

Call me a little OCD but I can definitely tell the difference in hoop thickness between steel and aluminum. Thicker looks better, IMO.

I originally wanted a full hoop bumper from them, got a good deal on a single hoop and it's grown on me. I feel it suits my needs and looks damn god. TRUCKandTree.jpg

    yep..
My amber fogs are Auxbeams and dont seem to put out a lot of light. The Baja Designs light bar shoots way out and I have the Auxbeam pods aimed to the ground 30ft out or so.

The square Auxbeam fogs are set back in the bumper. Pelfreybilt recommends Baja Designs for the fogs as theyre round and fit in the hole. Something to think about. BD is pretty expensive but after buying their light bar, I can say its worth every penny. Ill be getting their Squadron pods eventually.
