Looking for 05-09 Crew cab Manual!

Hi I'm new to Tacoma world and looking for the right one. I need a second gen crew cab and I'm looking for manual transmission. I would prefer
1. black
2. grey
3. silver
4. white
5. Dark blue, in that order

I'm looking for anything between $13,000 and $17,000 so it would have to be relatively stock but I wouldn't mind any additions.
Ideally it would be TRD off road Prerunner because 4x4 is too expensive. Because a manual crew cab is so rare I'll look at any offers out there! Let me know thanks!
