I have the Bilstein 5100s at the highest setting with OEM coil springs but I am looking for about another inch of lift up front to help level it out with the rear AAL and 5100s.

Should I change the front Bilsteins to the lowest setting and get aftermarket springs? If so, which ones would give me about that height?

Or are there any other ways or better alternatives?

Here is how the truck looks now:

How many inches does the front end sit now? I have my 5100's on the lowest setting with 3" Eibach coil springs. Can't go above 3" without a drop bracket lift and since I have 3" in the front I got Camburg UCA's to be able to properly align my front end. I have a 1.5" AAL in the rear w/ regular 5100's. I take it your OME coils are stock height and you are using the 5100's to achieve all the lift? It's up to you. Aftermarket coils ride better if they're not compressed. But it's up to you

icon stage 10 kit, toytec 1" bl, 35" general x3s, 17x9.5 procomp wheels, locker anytime mod, s&b intake, blackhawk 2.1 tune,
Replacing with new oem coils will gain you some lift. You can get the toytec 3" coils and put 5100s on lowest setting. It will be stiff but better than the preloaded factory ones. that i can tell you from personal experience.
