Looking for a (bike) rack system that fits into the bed rails

Does anybody know of a rack system that uses the Tacomas rails in the bed? I'd like to be able to store the bikes over the bed, so I could still use the bed for packs and stuff. But here's the tricky part - I also have a tonneau cover installed.

I know Yakima makes almost exactly what I'm looking for with the Bedrock, but their system clamps to the side of the bed, which I'm guessing would interfere with the tonneau.

Any other options out there? Seems like the rails would be a perfect place to attach some crossbars, but I can't find anything like it.

    Thanks.

I am working on a mount: attaches to Tacoma bed rails, and uses Yakima round bars. But it would stick up above the top of the bed a few inches.... though they are removable.

    Have you checked KBvoodoo's bars?

Good luck finding something that will work for your needs.
