I’m looking for a ECU out of a 1997 V6 4x4 with a manual transmission. My truck is a ‘95, but I’m starting the steps to supercharge it. So I’m going to try to swap a ‘97 ECU into my ‘95. Also if anyone might know where else I could find one, I’ve searched online, but haven’t had much luck. Thanks

Oh man, I hope not! That would suck. I found a old thread on here, that a guy made, saying he just swapped ECU’s, and supposedly it worked with the original harness. But you never know

Dang, I wish they weren’t so expensive. The only thing I’m worried about is the part number on the ECU, this is a picture of @1997tacomav6 ECU and it has a different part number than the one you found. I don’t know what the difference between the two are. And I still don’t know which one would hopefully just plug into my wiring harness?
