Looking for a good dealership in the South East or mid west to order a 2022 TRD Off-road.

As said in the title, I’m looking to order a 2022 Tacoma and would like to know of some reputable/good dealerships in the south East or mid west (preferably within 1,000 miles of Knoxville, TN). Any suggestions are welcome. I’m plan to trade in my 2019 Tacoma trd off-road, so if anyone here works at a dealership and thinks they can help me by giving me a decent deal please contact me.

 

My guys here in FL are pretty good, but be aware that if you leave TN and go to GA, FL, AL, or the Carolinas you will be in Southeast Toyota Distributors territory, so make sure you specifically tell them you don't want all the distributor add-ons when you place your order. No, but there are some small things that would be nice like Apple CarPlay, led headlights, and power seats. Plus with this wacky used car market I expect to get a decent amount in trade in where it wouldn’t cost much to get a ‘22.

If your doing it only on Pre-Owned values you are at the mercy of the market which right now is on a downhill. I can’t say this will in fact be the same case when the 2022 eventually come out but be prepared to wait a really long time depending on Trim and what package your looking for. Trying to get anything allocated in this market is really hectic. If you have the financial means and not really worried about any of that then you are in a good place. If your relying on trade in value it may put you in a bad spot because at this point Toyota hasn’t released anything and they are still building 2021 way into next month.

 

I’m not that worried about the financial aspect, I just don’t want to get screwed over by a dealership.

I got my 2021 from Byer's Toyota in Delaware, Ohio. I flew in the Saturday after they confirmed it had arrived, spent about an hour and a half there, and then made the drive home. Tony Patitu was my salesman.

 

OP, for what it's worth, I have a deposit for a new TRD Off Road with Toyota Knoxville. All the dealers I've contacted in middle TN want $3,000-5,000 for a market adjustment. Toyota Knoxville is the only dealer that didn't want it. YMMV

Honestly I’d go with mid west or NE. South east Toyota is trash

Love this dealership. Found my truck through them online after months of looking because I wanted a manual. They are about an hour and 45 minutes away from me but beat the heck out of the local dealership where I am. Here in Asheville, they wouldn't even talk to me about ordering one...I guess because I am a woman, but I knew what I wanted and was not going to settle. I have been super pleased with them. I drive up there for every service, they know me by name, etc. They are super to work with and if you do have to have work done, then getting a vehicle to drive is not an issue, even though I am in another state. I will definitely order my next through them.
