2018 Tacoma TRD OFF Road

Looking for a lift for my 2018 TRD OFF road something that isn't going to make the crawl system under perform and not effect the Sense system. I see delaerlships now offering the truck lifted with a 3 inch suspension. Please advise and is it better to get 17 inch rims or 18 inch rims with 265 65 tires.
