    Hey guys/gals,

I figured I would post this up and see what came of it as there always seems to be good insight or opportunity on this thread.

I put my 2 week notice in for my work yesterday and I am starting the process to find something new. This is something I have never done before as I have always previously secured a new position when I put my notice in. There is some tension at my current job and I need to get out of such a toxic environment so I just went for it. Hopefully this will give me some motivation!

If you guys know of a decent place looking for help, let me know! I have an updated resume for any specific questions about my experience, just pm me for my details. Also, for the individuals who know what my previous job was, please keep that information to yourself, I don't need to create more tension and ruin the relationships that I have created.

I currently work in a retail environment in a supervisory role, but consider myself a "Jack of all trades, master of none." I also have a fair amount of mechanical experience in the automotive/assembly fields. I am doing plenty of searching, but this will allow more surface area.

    Cheers!

Ok. Sorry I'm up in Orange County. Hope the best man. I had to do that once at a bad ass job(corporate Yamaha). Still kick myself in the ass but everything happens for a reason.

Thanks for the link, Ill have to check out their postings. I know that some local departments are probably ramping up, and the DHS is going to be doing it soon too. Ill apply to them all, but need something temporary to pay the bills for the mean time.

Go drive tractor trailer. I didn't have the heart to tell my mother I was a truck driver though, so I just told her I was a piano player in a whore house.
