Looking for a set of wheels and tires OC

I have a friend that just purchased an 08 Tacoma, he's looking to put 33s on with a 15 in rim but I know mostly rangers run that set up.

What hes looking for:
33's (285/75/15)
15 in rim
No chrome, black.

285/75/16 will work as well once he realizes the difference isn't that great.
Black rim.
Matte, Gloss, Flat. Doesn't really matter

His current budget is at 900-1000.

 

Just FYI, 15 inch wheels DO NOT fit on 2nd Gens.

He will have to go 285/75/16 if he wants 33's.

 

My bad, Its an 06.
-He doesn't want to plasti-dip or run stock trails.

Looking for an easy uninstall/install purchase.

 

05-13 is 2nd Gen, so 15" wheels will not fit on that truck.
