slowly erasing past owner hacks

I have a 2006 Toyota sienna with intermittent door issues. Im pretty sure its needing a new motor (just seems tired).and probably new hinges and track clean out???
Looking for someone with experiance with these power doors.

Not afraid to buy qualiry parts and pay for thorough job. Im in the Modesto Ca area. Any one out there or can recommend a good technician?
