I have kayak paddles which tear down in 2 pieces and I am looking for a solution to hang them out of the way inside the box of the truck. I have a hard tri fold tonneau cover though... Any suggestions? What are you kayakers doing? 20200618_173056.jpg

    Use quick-fists on hi-lift mounts?

I put it inside the kayak itself when traveling. I have one of those tether cords to it to keep it in there. Sorry it doesn't answer your questions about putting them in the box. I imagine in the box would be safer then in the kayak. Good question.

That's not a bad option. Quick fists are relatively cheap. Hi lift mounts can be costly for paddle holders though...
