Actually...yes, yes I do. I’ve had my fair share of them growing up and driving. Hell, even had two suspensions for my dumbass mistakes. Learned though, been at least 20 years since my last citation. I’m the asshole in the right lane everyone’s passing.

Yep, been there, done that. Learned a long time ago it ain’t worth it. Insurance is expensive without a clean driving record.

I evaded a ticket in 1979. I was at a boondocker at the riverbottom in my Toyota 4x4 pickup. The cops showed up and everybody scrambled. Sadly my buddy decided to moon an officer, which caused him to start following me as we headed for the paved road. When we got to a really deep sandy spot I stopped and waited for the cruiser to come to a complete stop. Then I proceeded as I was already in 4wd, and the cruiser buried his rear axle. I got out on the pavement and never boondocked there again.

I don't thing OP was not "owning it", simply asking for advice to not have points on his record, which I'm sure would involve a consequence due to his action of speeding, such as monetary / fines, etc. Jersey does this, pay a flat $400 fine and no points. The amount of people on their high horse though in here acting like their sh*t don't smell trying to call OP out or imply he is trying to get away with something is comical to say the least.

Geez 69 in a 60, not bad at all, cop was bored I guess, my son is a cop and he says they would never bother with 9 miles over! Defer the ticket, it wont go on your record, as long as you don't get any more tickets, it goes away in a year, one of my friends is a traffic attorney, but out here in Seattle!!

Call a company called “the ticket clinic”

Been through this about 300 times... didn’t walk away from a lot of them, learned how to fight and conduct myself in court though.

There is a way to beat nearly every speed ticket,BUT, you gotta put in work and go to court to do it. Have not had a ticket in more than 10 years, but I also live in TX where our “speed limits” are higher...9 over here is usually not an issue unless you are driving like a c*nt.
