    Hi Everyone!!

Sorry for the long post, really looking for sound advice. Hopefully its worth the read!! Thank you in advance!!

So, I have been looking on marketplace for a retractable tonneau cover for a while, preferably one with the “T Slot” rail system that I can add a bed rack to. I found this deal on marketplace listed originally for $1000:

I am very confident that the cover will fit my 2021 Tacoma 5’ bed because the dimensions are all the same between 2016 and 2023.

So long story short, I was able to talk the guy down to $500 minus the bed rack. The reason he is selling is because his taco was a total loss and he was able to keep the cover. No issues reported, no missing parts reported. Only a seal needs to be reattached to the cover from the owners report. I was able to get more pictures, listed below:

The reason I am reaching out to you guys is the see if this is a good deal, I am very “back and forth” and am looking for sound advice.

Thank you for your time in advance!!!

    Taylor

The dirt marks on the railing of the cover are not oxidation or anything!! its just from where the bed rack sat. Just to clarify!

I love mine. It isn't as dry as my Lomax, but the flexibility is fantastic. I've had a yakima overhaul HD for a while and just picked up low profile yakima towers, another set of HD bars and 3 bike carriers, since my son is all about riding his bike now.

Edit: if you should spent much time on the beach with it, you'll probably end up with crunchy sand in the tracks. It's not ideal but it's not too much trouble to clean out. I really like the ability to position the cover pretty much anywhere along the bed. Also, youll probably want to pick up some silicone tubing and route the drains appropriately for what you usually carry in the bed.

I have a RetraxPro XR with Yakima bars, and I absolutely love it. That seems like a great deal.

Thank you!! I ended up getting it. Only took 30 minutes to put new weather stripping on and mount!

Glad it worked out, if you have the extra cash I would grab that bedrock being he is letting it go cheap. I love my retrax/overhaul combo.

I dont have a need for it right this moment. Id hate to have it on and not using it or laying around getting dust. I have plans to get that in the future though! A lot of good reviews on it

Thank you for the advice guys! The cover is perfect. All I needed for this purchase was a set of drain tubes which I can find on their website for only $25.
