Looking for ammunition to get....

I have 2013 4x4 Access Cab Tacoma V6 with 19000 miles and would like to get advice or ammunition on how to handle and get the following fixed while under warranty:

1. Typical squeaky leaf springs

2. Steering wheel shakes at 65-75mph

3. There is a loud hissing sound when the engine shuts off. I thought this was something to do with the A/C being on but it doesn't matter it its on or off or temperature and anything, it happens every time I shut it off.

This is the third 2nd gen Ive had and none of them made this sound.

I have been to the dealers many times over the years and bring something in they just blow me off because its still under warranty but if its not under warranty they want to fix everything and charge you $5000.

Yes, OEM tires, which are terrible on the stock steelies.

I'll look for the pump, but my '07 and '10 didn't have the sound.

 

My 14 with 5xxx miles started vibrating at highway speeds only after I had my first service and rotation at 5 k miles.

 

I'm taking mine in for its second issue since service.

 

Any luck getting it fixed? I am finally getting around to taking mine in Wednesday.
