Looking for an Anti Shake plugin for Video?

I've been taking a few videos of my son learning to ski lately. All with either my S5 or a Kodak Playsport.

Obviously i'm skiing behind or beside him and the vibration from the skis on the snow make the video pretty shaky sometimes.

Youtube has a decent little deshaker enhancement that works decently, but i'd like something I can use on my own computer to make DVDs with.

Any Ideas? I've tired VDub with Deshaker plugin but it wont accept .mov files......And that is what my playsport shoots in.

Of course, I'm looking for Free, but am open to all suggestions. I have Photoshop installed and do pretty good with it on pics. I haven't installed after effects yet, but i do have a copy of it. I've messed with Vegas and Pinnacle before but no longer have them installed.
