Looking for bed measurements from Xtra cab

Hi all,
After having a good search around, I can't seem to find the measurements i'm after.
I have an 03 Xtra cab hilux (similar to your 03 Taco xtra cab long bed).
I'm looking to buy a soft tonneau cover from the states as the ones we get here have ugly elastic loops that go over hooks you have to rivet to the outside of the bed =
Im after measurements from the inside top edges of the bed sides (measurement D in photo), and the outside top edges (C), as well as the inside top edges from front to back (A), and outside top edges (B).



My measurements are as follows:
A = approx 1840mm (72.44")
B = approx 1920mm (75.59")
C = approx 1550mm (61")
D = approx 1450mm (57")

If someone with a long bed could take some measurements for me, it would be much appreciated.
