    Heat up the oven to 300 degrees, turn it off, put the light in for 10 mins.

    Take it out, use a flat head and pry at a area until it gives u enough grip and just pull it apart... once u get just 1 area out enough, u will be able to grip it and pull it open....

    To put back together.

    Stick the headlight back in for 10 mins, pre heat to 300 , turn off.
    Just the gray housing (NOT THE LENS)
    After 10 mins is up with the gray housing, go grab the lens and stick it back in.
    Just push it down firm at everywhere. and make sure the clips, clip back in.....

    And that should be it.....

    Okay thank you so much. I think my mistake was clamping it and putting it all back in together
