I’ve tried so many that don’t exactly fit but it does look right. Toyota tells me it has to be the numbers I posted and Crutchfield says the imprinted #s (is this the number plate?) of the one that fits my truck are M3F438041. If I chance it, how much do you want for it?

I got mine off eBay for $125 I think it was, you have to look close for low face plate wear to get a good one. Most of them are junkyards parting out. Mine is an '03, the faceplate number is A56815. The ad listed it as 86120-AD020. A lot of them are listed as fitting a Camry or Sienna as well but I can't confirm. You'll have to look for a while and snag them as they come up.

Here's one and here's another. The second one looks really clean but note the wear on the left. It's worth a shot for $69.

    Hi rockinbil,

I did look at the two - one’s AD040 and Toyota say I need AD010, 020, or 030. The other’s for parts or not working. I’ve been looking for a few months, & will keep on, unless I buy biggistchungest’s. Thanks for your help!

Is this a resto project? I just convinced myself to buy a fancy radio and now I feel like I have it backwards. Why the stock head unit?

@garetcurry I kept mine stock because I've seen too many examples of hacked up wiring and the problems it can cause.

In my case it's because I want to keep the truck stock as much as possible and am not an audiophile while driving, nor do I need to make sure anyone in the area can hear what I call music. :D

I put a new head unit with backup cam in my wife's Rav4. If you do it right you shouldn't have to cut a single wire, there are adapters for a new radio to almost any Toyota.
