I am looking to get either the CBI or Mobtown front hitch and I am looking on getting feedback from any of you that have one of these. My use case scenario is for a hitch mounted winch that I already own and will be using on a limited bases. Currently I already have wiring for the winch to the front and back of the truck (which is nice for using with my jumper cables that have an Anderson connector on one end). I carry the winch in the bed of the truck out of the elements under a tonneau cover. Thank you for the help.

I went this route (below link) and use a tray to move the winch to the front or back as needed via Anderson plugs as you have mentioned.

Am seriously thinking of switching out to the

2016+ Tacoma Slimline Hybrid Bumper | Southern Style OffRoad

to gain recovery points as well since I had to remove the recovery hook on the left side when mounting the CURT hitch. For $99 extra they will weld in a receiver bracket instead of the winch mount area.

Thank you for that info. I have my winch on a tray already which I use on the rear. That slimline is really nice and I have thought about it a few times now but in the interest of money and use case for me one of these high clearance hitches make sense for me.
