    To my understanding they don’t work with the 3rd gen however OVtune was working on a fix for it thru the ecu. Only other options is a wall charger once a month or a solar setup.
    I still plug mine in once a month if I’m wiping down the interior on the weekend for the helluva it. Folks have been running agms for years with this newer smart alternator tech so I wouldn’t overthink it.

    The initial charge for the first charge or does this need to be plugged in daily?
