First post on this website, I have done some digging around as too which lifts I plan on getting tire sizes and recommendations from other community members, bare with me as I’m sure there are plenty of other threads on this I’m going to list what I would like to fit, try and link it all and have you guys tell me if it would work in your opinion or hopefully experience so here’s what I’m thinking

Right now I have a stock 2015 Tacoma SR5 the modifications I would like to make are as follows

The lift I would like to go with is the Eibach Pro-Truck Lift System (Stage 1)
Maxed out to to get the full 2.5in lift

    https://eibach.com/us/i-8804-pro-truck-lift-system-stage-1.html

If there is a better full 3 inch lift for the same amount of money please link it for me

The wheels I would like to go with are Method Wheels

    https://www.methodracewheels.com/co.../products/mr305-nv-bronze?variant=22806706689

The tires I would like to run are BFGoodrich All-terrain T/A KO2 I would preferably like to be at 285/70/r17 OR 255/80/r17

Tire size will ultimately come down to how much trimming will be required, I’ve also ran these tires on my last truck 2014 Ram 1500 and they were a great not too aggressive tire

That’s what I would like to run, now I will explain how I’ll be using the truck so I know what I’ll be getting myself into trimming wise and hopefully to dodge a CMC as I’ve read you really can’t do them for cheap unless you do them yourself (also living in Northern New York 6 months on the year the roads have heavy salt on the roads and do not want to be dealing with my truck rusting out) i bought my truck with 26k miles on it and now it is sitting on 38k miles, I’ve never been off-road with it but would like it to be able to handle at least a little off-roading but not rock crawling or anything crazy like that, as I said I’d like to be able to avoid a CMC as long as I can fit the tires and not rub at full turn

Any feedback is greatly appreciated thanks you

Did you end up going with the Eibach Pro kit?

I’ll have a 2015. 3” Toytec coilovers, jba ucas, 17x8.5 -10 offset 285/70/17 Nittos. Just had to remove the mud flaps. Didn’t trim anything. No cab mount chop. Caster is set at 4*. 8F61ABD2-4CEF-48AE-9B5D-7B0B70E2F889.jpg
