Their website has an install guides section but everything except front bumpers. Does anyone have a source for a PDF for this @RCI-Offroad bumper https://rcimetalworks.com/product/2016-tacoma-front-bumper/ installation guide?

I thought I kept everything but can't seem to find the instructions. I suppose it's possible that it got tossed with all of the padding they use, but I've seen other customers also asking for the install guide which makes me think it is either a single sheet of paper that is invisible or they didn't include it. I did find a little sealed bag with bolts and things, but no inventory of parts so not sure if I got everything I need.

    Nothing can be easy...

Also wondering about how to mount the light bar and the fog lights that were in the kit. Using the supplied hardware the fog lights won't fit properly to line up squarely in the cutouts, and there is no vertical movement support for the light bar--only a nyloc screw on each end which will slowly allow the weight of the bar to move it to point upwards, and I would have to remove the bumper to tighten it back up.

I really thought that with a company as mentioned as @RCI-Offroad they would have a better hardware setup but it looks like they just cut a big hole to fit most fog lights leaving space all around the light itself, and no support for keeping a light bar vertically aligned. These ARE $WD trucks...and I go into some hairy stuff sometimes. I really really hope I'm wrong in all of this, but the bumper didn't come with instructions (or I misplaced them somehow). Hoping someone has hints or has this bumper and wente through this already?

Haven't started trying to install the winch, now I wonder what I will find there...

I forgot to upload the images:

This is what the fog light would look like from the front. Bleh...

Here is the fog light from behind. Note the supplied bracket is not flat against the bumper mount pad because if I put in the bolt/nut and tightened them down the fog light would be even higher inside the bumper and part of the light would be occluded. So this one really has me stumped.

Here is the side of the light bar. You can see the weight of the bar pulling it down, which is because I have not tightened the nyloc nut. But since this is the same on each side and the light bar weighs a good 5 pounds and has a lot of weight in the back due to the cooling fins, it will slowly start to rotate on the screws no matter how tight I make them and eventually end up pointing to the sky.

Another pic of the light bar bolt.

I simply must be wrong here because if I'm right this is very bad engineering. If they have a "package deal" that includes fog lights and light bar then they should manufacture their bumper to provide proper support for the items, and the cutout for the fog light should be nice and tight and at least look like it was designed for the light. I won't send back the bumper but might return the lights/bar if they can't tell me what I'm obviously doing wrong.

As far as the light bar goes, most light bars mount like that, my bar from diode dynamics mounts very similarly and I have had it on for almost a year and have not had it tilt on me yet.

Yay I figured out the fog light mounting problem at least. The mounting bracket that comes with the fogs has a little sheet that shows how to mount them. I followed those instructions but I think they are for mounting on a ditch light bracket. However if I flip over the mounting hardware it then mounts very close to the light. I tried that and it perfectly centers the fog lights in the oversized bumper cutouts!

One down, one (light bar) to go...
