I used to go to Tahuya back when I was stationed in Bremerton. @tonered may have more suggestions.

Tahuya is very nice and well maintained. A stock Taco can have a fun day out there as there are bypasses for the gnarly stuff. There are a lot of trails on the Olympic Peninsula also.

Otherwise, check out Stampede Pass to Enumclaw. That is a nice day run with plenty of offshoots. A little further out is Easton and Cle Elum with more trails.

North to Highway 20, there are a bunch in the Concrete area and some really nice stuff throughout the Chelan area on the east side of the lake.

The big deal in this area is that you are gonna get pinstripes because a lot of them are old Jeep trails and get overgrown with scrub. Pretty easy to buff them out until you get to a point where you DGAF. Five years in, I'm sort of there now. Hahaha!

Post up in the NW section for more locals to chime in.

Damn that's awesome! Had my Tacoma for about a year now and have been itching to take it offroading! That's cool you have a group of peeps to roll with! I actually live in federal way. So I was looking for somewhere kinda close. Isn't there a road or freeway that runs along the coast from Washington to Oregon? Not i5

    Thanks!

I've met these good folks through TW and other group runs.

You can tour the coast. I highly recommend it, but it is not a trail. Just a very nice two lane. Highway 101, but I'd recommend seeing the NW tip / Neah Bay also:

Ok cool! I think we'll try the 101 to long Beach down today! Maybe hit a trail on the way back

That is a excellent drive. Cape Disappointment, just south of LB, is a great, historical stop with more killer views.

No trial is mild if you are a defendant. Although, you certainly will have a view.
