Add a leaf rear, 2'' coil spring spacer in front, xd hoss wheels.
I just put some 265,75,16s on my 02 tacoma and a 2'' lift and the hp dropped dramatically. I have read other threads with the same issue and kinda know what everyone has said. But i was wondering if anyone has the same mods and year and has made the get up and go better on there truck.

Larger tires = longer distance per full rotation. You will have more top speed then torque. If you want to keep up with your larger tire size, you need to add more engine performance/torque to your truck, or change the final drive line ratios.
