I bought my first Tacoma in 2015 and I traded it in March of 2019 on a new Tacoma. I have regretted letting it go ever since and I have been looking for it. I would like to try and buy it back or atleast know where it ended up. I traded it in Phoenix AZ.

If you have the VIN you could check where it was registered last. That might help you hone in on it, if you really want to buy that one specific truck back.

Heck, just key in the VIN# on Google. Everything else is on there, so what the heck! I'll bet it comes up! Also, I 'think' your mechanic can also look it up through some of their access sites. Also, if you have access to Carfax with an account, I think you can also key it in there, and come up with current info. Not sure though...

Run a Carfax on it, there's a guy on this forum who will do it for free (use search function), that is if you have the VIN. Go from there. Or contact the dealer you traded it in at.

I have posted in the various Tacoma groups and have had no luck. I’m thinking it was sent south of the border. I went by the dealer but couldn’t tell me as it was sent to auction. But the day after I bought the new truck one of the dealer employees was checking it out wanting to buy it. I couldn’t find him when I went back to see if he had bought it.
