    Legality aside, it is what will help him see at night which is the point of the post. Failing to listen to actual science based advice will only further reinforce the later half of my initial statement.

    Tl;Dr you don't need brighter lights to see through tint, you need to remove tint to see lights that are bright enough already

    But just like spacer leveling threads, they be doing what they be doing

    The problem is not aiming or that the lights aren't bright enough. The real problem(s) are that the damn windshield tint is too dark and the idiot behind the tint isn't bright enough to figure that out. And when the inevitable happens and the OP runs into something (or somebody) and this post gets pulled up in court, lord help him. Darwin was right.
