looking for new rod/reel

    I would highly, highly recommend the Curado series from Shimano for a good bass casting rod. I've been using one for a few seasons now, and simply love it. Paired it with a nice flurocarbon, never had any problems.

    I mounted this on a St Croix initially, but then changed to a Shimano Cumara rod and never looked back. I use the 7' MH single piece.

    Nothing is better for the money then the team diawa reels. I have 3. I have them on two diawa rods both 7'8" and a redbone 7'6"

    Your looking to spend around 150 a reel and 120ish a rod
